Infomir IPTV service terms and your rights
The ground rules for buying and using the service, set out in everyday sentences: what you receive, when you can get your money back, and what we hold on to.

Infomir IPTV terms of use
These terms cover every order and trial request made through this website. Placing an order, or asking for a trial, means you agree to them.
What you are buying
A subscription to a streaming service with live channels, movies and series, and catch-up. At checkout you choose among four lengths: three months, six months, one year or two years. Prices are in US dollars, and the figure on the checkout page is what you pay. Every length carries the same lineup.
How it reaches you
Once payment clears, login details go to the address typed at checkout, normally within about fifteen minutes. A MAG box also needs its MAC registered, which you arrange by emailing support.
Your equipment
You provide a compatible screen or box and a working internet connection. The install page lists the devices and apps we describe.
The free trial
The test runs for 24 hours and asks for no credit card. We allow one trial per customer or device. The free trial page has the details.
An independent service
Infomir IPTV is run independently. We are not Infomir Group, and Infomir or the MAG brand has not endorsed us or partnered with us. Names of networks, leagues, services and devices belong to their owners and appear only to describe what you can watch.
Changes
Channel and title lists move over time. We may also revise these terms, and the Last updated line above marks the newest version.
Infomir IPTV refund policy
Suppose our support team cannot make the service work on your device. In that case you can request a complete refund by email, sent within 7 days of purchase. Write to support@infomiriptv.com from the address you used at checkout and name the device you tried.
After the service is working, a change of heart does not qualify for a refund. The trial is there so you can test first, and we encourage you to use it.
Infomir IPTV privacy
We keep the email and order details needed to deliver and support your subscription. The checkout provider takes care of payment. Emails to support are kept in order to answer them.
